GuardUp Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and routed to our U.S.-based fulfillment center within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a secondary notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note: Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. Delays may occur during high-volume holiday periods.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days (If available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates. GuardUp is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, logistical disruptions, or external factors.

Shipping Areas & Legal Restrictions (PLEASE READ) We currently ship within the United States; however, due to state laws regulating the sale of self-defense items, we cannot ship pepper spray to the following locations:

  • New York

  • Massachusetts

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Washington D.C.

If your order contains pepper spray and your shipping address is located in a restricted state, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and comply with all local and state laws regarding the purchase and possession of self-defense tools. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the shipping carrier's tracking portal to update.

Shipping Carriers & Restrictions We utilize trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You must provide a valid physical shipping address at checkout.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete address provided at checkout, the order is subject to our All Sales Final policy. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy. You must contact us at support@guardup.store within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the damage so we can issue a free replacement. For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. GuardUp is not liable for packages stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
