GuardUp Return & Refund Policy
Due to the safety and personal nature of self-defense products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or change of mind.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We stand behind every product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To submit a claim:
- Email support@guardup.store within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photo/video evidence
- Approved claims receive a free replacement — no return required
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We cannot cancel or modify orders once placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
GuardUp is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirms delivery. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
